  1. Rebus mi dalam air mendidih, beri sedikit minyak, masak hingga matang, tiriskan, beri 2 sdm kecap aduk merata.
  2. Haluskan bumbu.
  3. Tumis irisan batang daun bawang putih.
  4. Tambahkan bumbu halus, tumis hingga wangi.
  5. Masukkan potongan buncis, masak hingga sedikit layu, tambah sedikiitttt air.
  6. Masukkan mi aduk supaya merata dengan bumbu dan buncis.
  7. Tambahkan kecap ikan dan bubuk kaldu, besarkan api, masukkan sisa kecap manis, campur rata, masak hingga air menyusut dan mi menjadi kering.
